You don't motivate your way to a new body.
You feel your way there.
This method restores strength and mobility by reactivating the muscles your body stopped using.
Free introductory course — learn the method and try it yourself.Takes 10–15 minutes a day. About $20 in equipment. This Works in Reverse
Almost everything we've been taught about fitness starts in your head: get motivated, push through, and your body eventually follows. This works the other way around — the body changes first. You send it a physical signal, the tissue responds, and your posture, energy, and thinking follow.
And that's what makes this different: you don't have to change your behavior. The only thing your willpower has to do is let your body lie on the floor for ten minutes — your body does the rest.
From Crooked to “Amazing”
Changes After 2-3 Years:
Before — 63
After — 65
Posture: more upright
Height: 177 → 180 cm (~1”)
Feet: restored arches + toe control
Weight: 214 → 170 lbs
Triglycerides: normalized
Stress: much lower
One documented case. Shows what changed and when — not a claim of cause.
At 63 I had a wrecked shoulder, flat feet, and a spine out of alignment — I thought it was aging.
Two years later: more than 40 pounds gone, my foot arches back, my shoulder has full range of motion, and my posture is visibly straighter. My doctor called the results “amazing.”
It Starts With Lying Down
The same simple practice, in three stages. The signal never changes — pressure, movement, and stretch, sent together:
Stage I — Lying on the floor. Two massage balls, one on each side of your spine. You let your weight sink in and simply notice what you feel — nothing is done to you.
Stage II — Standing and leaning. The same practice in a lean against a counter or wall.
Stage III — In daily movement. Reaching, climbing stairs, standing up from a chair.
The free course walks you through Stage I first — that's all you need to begin.
